Refund Policy

1. General Information

At BOR WATCHES, SASU, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our keychains inspired by the finest watchmaking pieces. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, exchanges, or replacements may be requested for products purchased on www.leboitierparis.com. For additional details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your intent to return the product(s) by:

  • Completing the withdrawal form available on www.leboitierparis.com, or

  • Sending an unambiguous statement expressing your intent to withdraw, either by email to leboitierparis@gmail.com or by postal mail to:

Returned products must be in their original condition, complete (including packaging, accessories, and instructions), and suitable for resale as new. Products that are damaged, soiled, or incomplete will not be accepted.

The Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Refunds for Withdrawals

Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will process a refund or exchange (subject to availability) within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the products meet the conditions outlined above. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase.

4. Defective or Non-Compliant Products

If your keychain is delivered defective, damaged, or does not conform to your order, you may request a refund, replacement, or repair under the legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects, as outlined in Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

To report a defective or non-compliant product, please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date via email at leboitierparis@gmail.com or through the contact form on our website, including supporting documentation (e.g., photos).

If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed, BOR WATCHES will refund, replace, or repair the product at no additional cost to the Customer, including return shipping costs (upon presentation of supporting documents). Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5 days following confirmation of the defect or non-conformity.

If no defect is found, or if the return is for reasons other than a defect or non-conformity, the Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, professional use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under this policy.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at leboitierparis@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may exercise your right of withdrawal as described in Section 2.

If your order is not delivered within 15 days after the indicative delivery date (for reasons other than force majeure or the Customer’s fault), you may request cancellation of the order in writing, as per Articles L216-2, L216-3, and L241-4 of the French Consumer Code. The full amount paid will be refunded within 14 days following the cancellation request.
