Shipping Policy

1. General Information

All orders placed on www.leboitierparis.com are processed and shipped by BOR WATCHES, SASU, located at 266 Boulevard Saint-Denis, 92400 Courbevoie, France.

We offer shipping worldwide for our keychains inspired by the finest watchmaking pieces. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of your order.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all countries worldwide, including mainland France, the European Union, French overseas territories (DOM-TOM), and international destinations.

For orders shipped outside mainland France, the Customer is considered the importer of the product(s). For deliveries outside the European Union and French overseas territories, prices are calculated excluding taxes (HT) on the invoice. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and selected delivery method. These costs are displayed on the website during the checkout process, prior to finalizing your order.

Shipping fees are charged in addition to the product price and are included in the total amount due at the time of payment.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once processed, deliveries are made within the following estimated timeframes:

  • Mainland France: 2-5 business days

  • European Union: 5-10 business days

  • International (outside EU and DOM-TOM): 7-15 business days

These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. BOR WATCHES makes every effort to deliver within the specified periods but is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or issues beyond our control.

5. Delivery Process

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Customer during the checkout process. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address.

Unless otherwise specified or in case of product unavailability, all items in an order are shipped together in a single delivery.

Delivery is completed upon the transfer of physical possession or control of the product(s) to the Customer or their designated recipient.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available) to monitor the progress of your delivery. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on www.leboitierparis.com.

7. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the Customer upon physical possession of the product(s). Products are shipped at the Seller’s risk, except in cases where the Customer selects their own carrier, in which case the risk transfers to the Customer upon handover to the carrier.

8. Issues with Delivery

Upon receipt, the Customer must inspect the condition of the delivered products. Any issues, such as damaged, defective, or missing items, must be reported within 14 days from the delivery date via email to leboitierparis@gmail.com or through the contact form on our website, accompanied by relevant supporting documents (e.g., photos).

If the products are not delivered within 15 days after the indicative delivery date (for reasons other than force majeure or the Customer’s fault), the Customer may request cancellation of the order in writing, as per Articles L 216-2, L 216-3, and L 241-4 of the French Consumer Code. The amounts paid will be refunded within 14 days following the cancellation request.

BOR WATCHES will refund or replace, at its expense, any products proven to be non-compliant or defective, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

9. Special Requests

If the Customer has specific packaging or transport requirements, these must be communicated in writing and accepted by BOR WATCHES. Any additional costs related to such requests will be subject to a separate invoice, based on a quote approved in writing by the Customer.
